Diversity begins with recruiting attorneys and non-attorney professionals from a broad array of backgrounds and cultures. We are proud to participate in a number of diversity recruitment efforts, including minority job fairs, outreach to law student groups, and bar-sponsored programs.
Diversity thrives when the principles of inclusion are implemented throughout the firm. We have a firmwide diversity committee that focuses on diversity issues as they relate to firm structure and business development strategies, and a number of internal diversity task forces that help ensure that the voices of all of our attorneys and staff are heard. We also support a range of mentoring efforts for minority attorneys.
